The SIM must be registered in the (applicant’s) name on the form, without which the stamp paper will not be issued. Therefore, students (male and female) who get stamp papers for domicile or scholarships must first get their SIM registered in their own name. So, be cautious and get the SIM registered first.
The SIM must be registered, a code will be received, and after entering that code, the stamp paper will be issued.
Students under 18 years of age, including those children who do not have an ID card made and whose name is not registered (for a SIM), can now only get a stamp paper in their parent’s name. They cannot get it in their own name at all.
All this has been done to prevent fake stamp papers.
